The Client and Scope of Work

EG Consults worked with a real estate broker to develop web-based and printed marketing material to engage potential property sellers. The broker ran an office within a major real estate sales organization and materials were required to follow the formatting conventions established by parent organization.

Our goal was to draw sellers in with visually appealing material that evidenced the broker’s knowledge and experience and distinguished her from competitors.

Excerpts from Work Product

Our sales support material clearly articulated the drivers of home sales and the trade-offs involved in home pricing in a neutral manner. This fact driven approach helped the broker focus client discussions and avoided the emotional element that often arises when property owners estimate their home’s value.
