EG Consults worked with the Global Markets division of a Custody bank to outline the services offered to clients and the various roles taken by the bank in providing those services. Discussions with client facing teams, traders, risk managers, operational support teams and technology led to development of a Services Model.
EG Consults had a number of clients focused on trading risk management in different areas of a major investment bank. These included Complex Derivatives Trading, Corporate Credit Portfolio and Capital Analysis. This highly quantitative and data intensive work required partnership with traders, quantitative analysts, technology and operations teams.
EG Consults worked with the owner of a design services firm to clearly articulate a business model and construct potential profit scenarios, allowing her to focus her launch and her approach to client pitches. The scope of work included development of a marketing proposal for potential clients and modeling a range of revenue, cost and profit scenarios.
EG Consults worked with a real estate broker to develop web-based and printed marketing material to engage potential property sellers. The broker ran an office within a major real estate sales organization and materials were required to follow the formatting conventions established by parent organization.
EG Consults worked with an on-line education firm to develop a course on basic financial education for adults. With clear recognition of the benefits of investing and great enthusiasm for promoting financial education, EG Consults developed a web based curriculum and course material. The goal was to grab people’s interest, engage them with accessible content, make them understand was important and give them some ideas on what to do next.
